Guys,
does anyone have an update on the Mossel License in France? This is the most promising area for this company, but despite meeting all the requirements for extension, the government withheld this extension. Then, EXR decided to go to court at one stage, which seemed to have a limited route (something like 6 months max). After this I lost track. Does anyone know the status of this?
I am aware that the current government has changed its stance on development, having been lobbied heavily by EDF and the green lobby.. However, there is a potential claim in this as it took significant investment to meet the original 5 year requirements, and by the time of extension EXR would be fully in line for this. So...what happened?
