Im pretty sure that capex will drop considerably for the Green river project as the infradtrucure is in place already
Roads, trainline , power, gas , water...
Also the brine has very little Boron, so that componant of the plant will maybe be pretty much non existent, (capex reduction). The KOCH componant for making eluate is ~$149mill Ive read,
