    The foundations for Islamic State were laid by Republican George Bush interfering in the Middle East.
    Republican Bush destabilized the entire region.
    Democrat Obama may or may not have wittingly aided IS, it's hard to say exactly what is going on.
    The middle east is such a mess following President Bush's actions.
