It has become very obvious that LREE producers are not getting government or DOD support in the West imo.

Lynas' future is not in the hands of its shareholders, management, or customers imo. It's future is in the hands of its creditors due to the fact that it can't possibly meet it's current financial commitments!

Lynas' future has some rather large hurdles to jump before the end of this financial year! Time has run out under the current debt arrangements so unless they can successfully renegotiate the current $1/2 billion debt they will be in admin by the end of the calendar year! No practicable improvements in production or financial performance can possibly prevent this from happening as the bulk of the debt is now current imo!

It is only the possibility of a Debt renegotiation that is permitting Lynas to continue to trade even now, so if it does not eventuate it is all over for Lynas imo! If it does get renegotiated there will be no chance of shareholders gaining value or dividends for the foreseeable future, as the company will limp on paying debt and remain a terrible LT investment imo.

I personally believe the greatest risk of administration and change of ownership for Lynas will be when it can finally produce REEs profitably, because that will be when the creditors can obtain the greatest value for their money and meet their geopolitical agenda by selling or leasing it to a Japanese interest!
