Quite aside from the fact there is nothing inherently political about the science of greenhouse gases, or gravity. Specific policy responses may be political, but we're not discussing policy responses, we're discussing the underlying science.

Reducing emissions of something that traps heat, will reduce the excess trapping of heat. Quite a simple concept really. Reducing how much food you eat reduces how fat you will get. Reducing exposure to crank pseudo-scientific blogs will reduce the holding of crank, pseudo-scientific beliefs.
