Why do they keep selling this at this level, is the market fearfull of production cost blowouts or dont they understand rare earths?.

Yep good question mate, the latter is very obvious, the market, investors, institutions and your ordinary MUM & DAD investor do not have much idea what RARE EARTHS are, REO's, REE's etc and all the very important 17 elements contained therin.

Sure they know what GOLD is, Silver, Iron Ore, Coal etc etc, but ask the simple question, " your wife, your girlfriend of the kid down the street " what makes a PLASMA TV, or your PC, any Hybrid M/V's work effectively, and a host if other REE applications and you will JUST get a blank stare.


On top of that the ordinary person in the street " Joe Bloggs " would not care anyway as long as the thing works.

However, we wise people who have DYOR and know that there will surely be a REAL BIGGER DEMAND for RARE EARTHS. The DEMAND by all countries world wide is increasing and the fact that CHINA will shortly not sell to anybody out of CHINA, especially the Japanese companies.

PATIENCE is the key here, ARAFURA RESOURCES have the best range and quality of RARE EARTHS outside of CHINA, { maybe better, dunno at this stage } and we all know that some time in the very near future, ARAFURA RESOURCES will be the KING of RARE EARTHS in Oz and possibly most of the world.
