There have been some very informative posts re your query in the past but I cant rememeber who it was. Perhaps they will see your post and give you some of the details.
However I am predicting on my own research and from the fundementals that the price will be at least $8 given that there will probably be a surge(s)as and when various production apsects come to fruition.
Notwithstanding as a conservative investor I think the $8 guess is/will be close to the mark.
The other big influencing apsect will be the dividends when LYC profits begin to show from its (already set in concrete) sales. I expect this will be around 2 years from now.
I recall someone calculated divs' of around 70c !
Like you I'm in for about another 2 years and these figures are my target as to when I will sell half my holding and keep the rest for divvy income.
I am still trying to accumulate when I have the dough and opportunity. PS you might also have a look at NTU - LYC's little sister.
