I do some of my 'other' shopping in the cheaper suburbs....so I know what you mean....
a person living temporarily in the west of Sydney, saw neighbours throwing the baby nappies out the kitchen windows, so the street, gardens, gutters were covered in shitty disposable nappies....together with any other rubbish.... most of the neighbours had arrived from other countries and thought that council should clean it up....but council would only pick up rubbish bins..... the whole street was full of blow flys and maggotts
