too many idiots like Cody Heap on the street thinking they are all that. I always wonder where teens get the money to buy a Skyline, Supra and other cars they like to show off with.

"HAVING just received the biggest lecture of his life and narrowly escaping a jail sentence, disqualified P-plater Cody Heap might have thought it wise to show a little humility.

A short time earlier, he pleaded guilty to charges of failing to stop for a random breath test, driving dangerously and while disqualified - but the possible jail term he faced did not seem to worry him as he flashed the thumbs up sign to The Daily Telegraph.

Heap was a serial traffic offender by the age of 18, and Magistrate Brian Maloney said "gee whiz" as he read the Penshurst man's traffic record.

No driving 'until 25 years of age'

But instead of sending him to jail, he gave Heap a third and final chance on strict conditions - he is not to drive until September 2013, must do 150 hours community service, the traffic offender's program - and grow up."
