    Ryphil,

thank you for what appears a rational, objective and well reasoned contribution. Unfortunately I believe your argument is poorly constructed and lacks logic.

Your initial premise that critics are bitter long term losers is unsubstantiated. And while I hope to enjoy viewing strong attacks on the man as well as the ball in the power / hawk engagement this afternoon, I do not applaud such behaviour here.

You then state the obvious, that this is a speculative investment. We all accept that, no need to explain that point.

From those two premises you then conclude that management must be trusted to run the business because they know best. I fail to see how that follows in any set of circumstances from your initial points.

In this event, the very point of the criticism that you attempt to rebuke is that we believe management has a track record of unfulfilled promises. A review of annual reports, announcements and shareholders updates from the last 5 years is sufficient to support that premise.

If that amply supported premise is correct then your conclusion that the latest promise should be trusted must fail.

Your urging that we wait and see can no longer be accepted - the time for waiting is over.

Your further urgings to move on and give up is certainly an option, but not the only option. We, as a band of brothers, can demand from management the performance for which they have been already well paid, or we can call for new management to commercialise the technology we, and evidently you, believe in.
