This ex-Uramin team means high-grade and consantrated business. So M.Jones and G.Thomas brought them in to manage ELM's operations. They are highly professional with world wide experiences. They are brutal and greedy in business as most professionals are.

So.., ELM now, is in the hands of an international mining business professionals. This is the biggest advantage we have got now.

The time will tell if those ex-Uramin guys can justify the reneumeration packages they have got. They already have a lot of money gained from Uramin's takeover. So they would not be in ELM's business if they were not expecting to make huge amount of money at end of this ELM advanture.

Yes, I think I.Stalker is the marketing and finance guru, and very well known by the North American and European financial clubs. No doubt about it. He can bring world wide investors whenever he wants, no doubt about it either. The only question is; at what price?

I am nearly sure, Sprott is waiting in front of ELM's door for buying shares and waiting for ELM management's "come in" sign. If you check Sprott Investment/Asset Managements Group or Eric Sprott himself who is the next Warren Buffett IMO, you will see that this is a very succesful group in terms of profits and future market predictions. I am nearly sure that Sprott is accumulating potash stock shares all around the world. That is their strategy; they chose a sector and accumulate its shares, then they wait till market realise that sector. Then they sell their shares. They did this with uranium stock two years ago, were doing it with silver (stocks and phsical silver) just recently. And I belive they on to potash now. So this ELM might eb quite expensive in next 6 months. $2 is the bottom price IMO.

Our ex-Uramin directors have put their shares to escrow now till end of 2015. They can't sell those shares in the market in any condition other than a takeover offer. (they would be able to sell their shares to takeover bid)

Yes, price can move to south if there is a sneaky TO bid. I gave an example of this on one of my posts before even with a graphic.(Arrow Energy example)

    JACK,

I topped up my last small parcel at $2.62. No problem. I have had my lessons in this stock market many times; "be patient" if you belive in fundamentals. If you are not intertested in fundamentals just take your profit and buy other stocks. (There are so many good stocks at very cheap prices at the moment.)
