They are suspended bc they didn’t lodge the financials in time. Simple as that.
Don’t forget, this is the first time they are reporting with these 4 business they bought as consolidated entities.
Given we have HK, UK and US companies, im sure the auditors are earning their money.
As for the financing, it’s a nice to have. They have got the factoring facility working and they have a loan from MFC.
If this financing doesn’t come through its not the end of BRT.
I hope it does come through but everyone be patient. Trying to borrow money in this environment is not an easy task
