The new manager from BHP should be well versed on prospective farm in JV's for NWE , and the cash flow will put them in a position to compete strongly in tender situations .
One thing for sure is that NWE will go up in price . I don't know why it is lagging AED, but I suspect we must be clearing the decks of short termers by now as we consolidate just under the 12 month high .
