I agree bikenut, the only thing is that while global supply will be tightened, chinese (the most rapidly expanding economy, and consumer of metals currently) importing of tungsten will also drop because they will have greater domestic supply. However, I'm not exactly sure about the amount of tungsten that they import, if any. So not exactly sure as to how it will affect qol.
