Dashang invested $19m in BFC and wanted to invest more but limited by BFC's board, and They committed to buy $40m in year one and $100m in the second year.
I don't think Dashang were just giving away their money.
The distribution agreement of $140m was unlikely to be concluded with no supported plan.
