SRL on the most basic valuations is by far the most undervalued stock in the ASX200. The value of it's share in Straits Asia Resources (SAR:SP) is $691mil AUD. That is $2.81 per share and SRL is trading at $1.66 as I write. Then include the $260mil AUD they have sitting on their balance sheet. Throw in the copper price has gone up over 100% in the last year and you wonder how this stock is still trading at the price it is at the moment. They will be announcing at 30c dividend in the next quarter as well to go with the 30c dividend they paid out in Sept 09. The mind boggles. I've been long on SRL since $1.10 and I still see major long term upside.
