These are hardly issues unique to SRL.
Quality of management is all a matter of perception. Look at UMC, the directors were much loved up until now.
Now, everyone wants to lynch them. They even had to hire 4 body guards at the AGM months before just in case.
Having said that, the market at the moment is cool towards SRL.
