Little misleading there; there are no scheduled repayments to Glencore until end of March 2019. The $30m is interest bearing as of 1 April just gone.
If AMI had converted the Glencore debt to shares as they could have, that would have seen a ~20% discount (at least) at a 60 day VWAP. AMI won't be paying 20% on the $30m in their current situation, and if they believe they are worth much more than we are now, as I obviously do too, then the potential discount means it would have been negligent to convert.
Debt nearly got them before when they had an exploration Geo running the show; they have matured and got to the other side with miners in charge.
We'll see what happens here, but Hera is running well; Peak is a good asset alone but also has great synergies re getting Nymagee up, and metals prices are at a nice level.
