Yes, CER is currently undervalue. However I have written off 2009 completely…this is a lost year for investment.. therefore it is unlikely that CER will reach 10 cents any time soon this year. My money is waiting on the sideline for this. There’s a very real chance that CER and many of the REITs will go lower this year before they rise up again toward the end of the year or early next year.
