I think the biggest problem is that no one really knows about it. I understand what your saying about how they need to close contracts etc. but even without this, fundamentally they are way under valued. they had 3 million bucks positive cash flow in the last qtr alone!

Maybe they need to announce a small dividend or something, they now have around 6 million bucks in the bank....

Who knows, what thy may do, someone on here alluded to an ann coming in the short term, would be interesting to maybe get some more details on what that may be...
