I recall a size average of $1800.... if manufacturing defects were factored into which they would have been as any sigma 6 / lean manufacture I have been involved with in my day job would have...
COS will drop dramatically as the manufacturing reject rate has a much bigger cost in time for tied up resources, re-runs especially if sterile related.... documenting, re-cleaning and re-setting for the next run .. more than what you would think in dollar terms ....
