I'll tell you what's wrong with COE: the location. whoever heard of south australia? oil has to be on the north-west shelf pref off-shore or at the very least off the coast of indonesia. SA simply doesn't rate. the same applies to nickel & gold explo. kambalda, WA is sexy, NSW isn't. regardless proven results & reserves.
