With both the CEO bill and the CFO scott living in america (where GTN has ZERO activity), this must be the most laid back LEADERSHIP and least MARKET ORIENTED company on the ASX. This company brings -besides compulsory annual reporting- zero feedback to the market and one could question why such companies are still being listed on the ASX. In normal circumstances your board has the duty to replace the leadership - in case of substandard results- but due to the fact that this board is also scattered around, they dont seem to have a backbone as well. a real shame that ASX and/or constitutional investors are not reacting. Seems like a dead horse to me and a real shame to Bill and Scott who are enjoying retail investors' money while enjoying paradise on the east coast of the US.
