What looks good with this move is that there has been more volume trading in the past 3 weeks than any other period over the past 3 - 5 years. This means that stock has been passing from weak hands into stronger new hands at higher prices. So the new levels should be 'stickier'
Of course the rise in volume means that there are more shares being purchased along with an increased desire so this is all very positive for CTP to reconnect above 10 cents and build a new base there.
