don't know - never been to either and neither is of any interest
there sure would be a difference in some countries though -
the difference in Vietnam to Thailand was chalk and cheese
it was a funny thing before I left Oz and went first to live in Vietnam (hadn't decided to go to Thailand at all at that stage)---------- several people said - 'oh, you'll get an Asian lady and be back here - or live there etc etc. - well, I said that there was almost zero chance of that happening - but, the general opinion was that women in SEA are all easy to catch and all easy for sex
well - Vietnam is the pole opposite of that - at least outside of the big cities - the country is a very conservative society - and, I liked it very much - casual sex would be very hard to come by(perhaps if one was very young maybe different) -------- but, they take relationships very seriously there
Thailand was totally different - walking home from the shopping centre, one had to be careful to not get shagged half a dozen times on the way.
the cultural practices were polar opposites
now, I'm having the French experience - and, as I have found almost everywhere - just chuck out all you've ever heard about a place - because it's going to be 95% BS - completely wrong ---------- it's really fascinating to find out these things
