Still closed at 3.
There is a lot of pressure here and without a catalyst, it is hard to see TLS going higher in time of market rout and time to wait for a clearer direction or new catalyst.
CASH is still KING.
I like to see the dust settles down first and there is nothing wrong with buying high and selling higher.
