I guess that announcement was expected. A bit silly to keep operating a plant at 1 tonne per day. Interesting when you take all the announcements in combination, CD booted off the board, operations closed down, and the release of securities from restriction. With the SER shares now able to be sold its possible for another company to buy a big stake in VXL off market and launch a take-over bid. Are any other graphite players cashed up enough to do that? VXL is ripe for a takeover if there is any possibility that it is able to ever be cash positive after the plant rebuild. Maybe even a Chinese one. Thoughts?
