so in 2000 a bottleneck was observed and a simple upgrade could increase production to 20,000 tpa

previously I would post something along the lines of "Trust VXL are aware of this report"
but given recent events then I suspect not.

it would be funny if the people who produced the report back in 2000 are now employed as consultants for the recent Independent report about debottlenecking

I participated in the 29c CR with the 4-6 week timeline and then doubled up with options a couple of months ago - so not very pleased with VXL

one could be excused for thinking the smoke and mirrors from the Mega saga was updated to mirrors and smoke for how VXL ran the show over last 2 years

if VXL trade again, any new CR will have to compete with 21.7m shares that SER may want to sell
