Sounds like some encouraging news re ability to meet purity requirements if they can develop and fund plant to do that, but also a lot more evidence to suggest holders were mislead about the problems during earlier stages of production (average of 75% purity) with weasel words. Just a quick note to CD, tricky wording to cover up problems rather than telling the truth is likely to come cack to bite you in many ways. In this case it could be a complete lack of faith by financiers about the viability of the operation given that we have all been hoodwinked during the last capital raising phase. Just hope the new management can work out a way to make production viable, be up front and truthful about developments and progress, and reduce the silly $40M ask to something realistic to get VXL into production on a step by step basis.
