    Huh? I don't care what they enjoy, but it's not travelling imo. It's getting silly now and you're only going on because it's me.

    People say they've been to Thailand after spending a week in Phuket. Did they or were they on Hamilton Is with different staff and food.

    Just like here on this thread where some just think Bali is Kuta.

    Travelling is catching public transport, finding your own way, eating at places that are full of locals, befriending a local for a look at their house, trying to speak the language, supporting local vendors etc etc.

    The Japanese groups are the ultimate tourists. They'd get lost in 2 secs without a guide and then spend $100 on a stuffed koala from shops specifically catering for them

    Tourists rarely respect where they are, and think it's a show just for them.

    Who's worked in London. Didn't you find yourself getting annoyed at the bloody tourists.
