I don't know but does seem that there is more to come with this story,
The worse food poisning I had was from a servo in about 1972 in Mandurah WA silly me bought a Meat Pie.(spewd 42 times from Mandurah to Bunbury hospital)
I have been travelling in Asia for 40 years since then, Eat local food all the time only been sick 2 times.(Kashmir 1980 and Chiang Mai 1999).
Always check to see if the locals are eating the food before going for it.
