Salvation Army chief spoke of "African" youths (his terminology) running around outside St. Paul's Cathedral, Melbourne, on New Year's Eve - causing general mayhem - he saw one with a knife - and the other with a MACHETE. Supposedly family/kids night - lots in that vicinity - these incidents not publicised, he said. Also said they've found guns much more prevalent, now, in OZ society, too.

Last time I looked - Melbourne was not Bali.

Let's all stop generalising. Evil has no boundaries - nor nationalities.
