What I don't understand is why can't you be bearish on property, and still own property? Why is that such a difficult concept to understand? Why should the fact you own some asset class mean you fall in love with it??
Lotsa people are bearish on shares at the moment, yet most on this site would own some.
Why do permabulls always fall back onto this argument? To claim that people are bearish on property because they don't own it is pretty fallacious.
