Migrants - errr I think you mean people right? Human beings? The species that like to have a roof over their heads? Is that the species you're talking about??
Moving Here - These people coming to live here, that's right isn't it? Coming to LIVE here. Like, STAY here.
So if you are doubling the number of Homo Sapiens coming in and you assume they want roofs over their heads and you assume they are staying, is it fair to say they may be buying or renting houses, apartments or townhouses??? Is that within the logical realm???
So if they are new demand and they are consuming roofs where does that line of reasoning lead?
Have you had a think about it now?? Do you feel sort of stupid now? That's OK mate we've all done it every now and then but, seriously, have a think about stuff before you sneer because it really amplifies the effect when you sneer only to be proven wrong.
