Its not correct to use a PE for valuing future earnings but I feel in this case it is ok as the resource will last many years, however not discounting future cashflows makes drummer girls calculations a little optimistic.The overall grade of the resource is rather average in the 1 to 2 % Cu ballpark, and while consumeables are cheap CAPEX tends to balloon in saudi.
Also the local labour are worth about as much as they are paid which isnt a lot there wouldnt be so many expats and Phillipinos there if that was not the case.
TO me the sp is overpriced but I guess it will keep going up on hype before falling over as the monarchy is over throwed.
Look closely at where that last drill hole went it went in areas already drilled as looked as much a PR stunt as anything, it was obviluosly going to intersect a long intercept of Cu going but the surrounding drill holes.
