Yes, this statement has been confirmed by Polish president. But not just Blackrock. There's a few other corporations involved. Byt Blackrock is most likely the largest one.
Blackrock actually started some sort of a reconstruction bank for Ukraine as well.
Nice business model. First make money from destroying a country and grabbing it's assets of the cheap, then make money reconstructing the country. While making US/EU tax-payers and Ukrainian citizens pay for the whole lot.
