So I have made some further enquiries. I am re-assured that a motion put to the house will not carry significant weight even if carried. Not Advice, JMO, & DYOR. What I am absolutely certain about is that BPH will be put in a trading halt at 10.00AM Monday morning IF, and it's only IF, Breeze and his fellow Directors hold the view that the motion is material to BPH's ongoing activities. If BPH shares are trading while the motion is put to the house then you can be assured that the outcome of the motion is not a critical part of the Joint Authority decision. As is customary with this stock, we shall wait and see.
