EnviroMission Ltd (“EVM” or the “Company”) wishes to inform shareholders that the Company has received a request from shareholders, who combined hold 5% or more of the Company’s issued capital, to convene a General Meeting of Shareholders at which a motion of no confidence in the current Board of EVM is to be considered.
EVM can confirm that the Board has met and will in turn convene a meeting within the prescribed period in accordance with the Company’s constitutionand the Corporation Act.
Whilst the Board is disappointed with the motion it will follow due process and defend its position. Meeting details will follow in due course.
