This is a very exciting opportunity for MaxiTRANS, in the fastest growing market in the world, and provides geographical diversification, which is in line with our strategy to broaden our market segments and geographical areas of operation and reduce reliance on the Australian operations and economy. More importantly the expected acquisition price is comparatively modest in comparison to previous acquisitions in Australia, yet provides significantly greater opportunities in the second largest trailing equipment market in the world. The initial focus of the JV will be on the rapidly expanding Chinese market rather than exporting to Australia.
