Hmm interesting reading this. I guess there may be a few on the sidelines waiting to see what the next couple of 4cs and yearlys etc look like before they jump in. Nice to at least see something like this written in OZ as its something I have noticed we dont seem to get much of mention anywhere in Oz but there always seems to be snippets in the USA popping up in various articles.

Will be interesting to see at what point the fool might consider jumping in maybe after next 4c I guess we await, anyways have a great long weekend all
