I point out a while back CCP business is FAR superior to Collection House
CCP use technology to their advantage much like dominos use for their pizza business
and it takes years of data collection and development but once you got it going
it provides a competitive advantages over your competitor.
as far back as 2000 WOW has a logistic system far superior to Coles and it still carry till today
WES has catch up but Woolies margin still damn good, has they not @#@ with masters and concentrate
more on food and liquor where they clearly has the advantage they wouldn't be in this position today and still be the leader
