The Motley Fool's advertising is pretty much always horrendous. They tend to be very long on hyperbole, and short on calm, measured analysis.
Presumably, that's what sells. Their advice, once you're actually in the service, is much more rational.
Truth be told, the spiel tends to turn me off. I've no qualms about recommending their services to people who have money to invest (not really me at the moment; I need to focus on rebuilding my cash reserves), but the cover of the book is garish in the extreme.
