Are you disputing the fact that Looksmart ARE indeed, a "lesser player"? It's a "given"!!!

But what you continue to "fail to understand", is Looksmart's position in relation to publisher & media Co's soon to be released, improved exposure on the net.

Looksmart (through F/A's & it's Verticals) have now become the "gatekeeper of article content", on the net!!

Whether you understand that, or, not.
