very very well put!! the key milestone here is safety and being able to take the drug without substantial side effects. Just count how many drugs outthere in the market that is very well taken up and paid handsomely for even when they are more therapies than cures. from my view point you can get this performing at a lower rate and takeup will still be be substantial.when you are sick you take the best medicine out there and not sit around for years waiting for a better cure whilst your condition gets worse andd worse. Add to the fact there isnt a whole lot of competition - this will be the premium drug and take up majority if not the entire marketshare.
