andyno3 - 20 bopd from a 50 meter frac is nothing to sneeze at either.
do the math on a 1500 meter frac in the k layer, once again the 3D will give more answers.

Yes, this is very significant. They could well get 1000 bopd from a horizontally fracked well in the kockatea.
The problem is, where's the money going to come from? That would cost more than 15m dollars and probably closer to 20m (just under I'd guess).
What about the Carynginia and HCSS?
What exactly are they going to do and how are they going to fund it?
They still haven't explained to the market how the HCSS went from commercial to ehhh not commercial at the minute...
That's the thing. Nothing is clear. They can't expect people to rely on Pottermore and tui hopping on the bat phone. They've got to spell it out to the market.
I have been in cash and awaiting this downturn in the market for 4 weeks now and it's finally looking like occurring. The US needs to sort out the debt ceiling by Jan 16...again and unless it can do so, we're not going to have a good Christmas in the markets.
That's not good news for NWE or a hand full of other shale companies not putting the score on the board.
