I actually agree with both DG and Imacs post's except where Imac looses faith with NWE.
If NWE had not discovered the amount of hydrocarbons that they have and if they had been a conventional Oil or gas play then I would have been long gone also.
But in my opinion this is different.
As with the enormous shale plays in the Marcellous, Bakken and other plays in the USA, in my opinion NWE are at the fore of this alternative energy supply, on shore, here in Australia.
Some of you have thrown rocks at Peter Munachen for the path that he is taking, but no matter what has been said, he has remained steadfast in his commitment to achieving a commercial highly profitable outcome for NWE.
His plan/path for success is set and despite the vagaries that the well has thrown up, he is pursuing this outcome.
The steps and the milestones are conditional, so each step has to be completed before the next step can be initiated.
I do not see any scenario that NWE will go broke or be wiped off the ASX. The results have been too good for this outcome to occur in my opinion.
