    Ive been disppointed with my extreme membership. 1) most recommendations are in the red and 2) they changed to a new mgr who doesnt impress. So Ive asked for a cancellation and refund. Onto my 3rd email in ping pong where my request is dismissed and I get more rhetoric of how great they are.

    That should tell you something
