I bought into this today @ 1.32 with an underlying pe of 8.3 and a hy. yield of 3.5%

the av. pe is 12.8, so its got a lot of upside I feel .........

the new ceo appears to be going over all aspects of the company - a good thing, and he has an excellent background...

a recent major shareholder is a business man who has a record of financial involvement a number of good sized companies - there's nothing like incentive when your money is on the line.......
