Hard not to see value at this price in my opinion.
The GEM thread seems to have a very high proportion of non-holders. Always a conern to me why they would bother.
Childcare isn't going to go away. It will only increase.
GEM is similar in lots of ways to a property trust. Good steady earnings, some debt but well covered in a low rates environment (and they are not going up in a hurry) and definite economies of scale in dealing with regulation.
I am a happy holder at these levels (but only bought in recently after the fall).
Hard not to see value at this price in my opinion. The GEM...
