More to play out indeed i feel. What if Motopia are only considering a warranty claim as they themselves are being sued by the mconnect group founders for a contract breach? would they have to disclose this to the market if so? After all due-diligence was done on mconnect right, so if they have found an issue therafter then its not going to be a black and white issue that's for sure. no one wants a legal battle distracting the Motopia board from doing what we need them to do which is sell MOT to investors and sell the products we have and earn revenue.
